Summary: ThrottleVault Marketplace connects buyers and sellers of used automotive tools and parts. We hold payments in escrow until delivery is confirmed. We provide limited dispute arbitration as a courtesy. All transactions are processed in USD. By using the marketplace, you agree to these terms.
By purchasing through ThrottleVault Marketplace, buyers agree to pay the full listed price including applicable taxes and shipping fees as shown at checkout.
Sellers agree to accurately represent their items, ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation, and provide tracking information when available.
All prices are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversions shown on listing pages are for reference only and are based on live exchange rates.
ThrottleVault holds buyer payments in escrow until one of the following occurs:
Funds are released to the seller after the transaction is marked Complete. Sellers are responsible for any applicable income taxes on their sales.
Either party may open a dispute within 30 days of the original purchase date. To open a dispute, navigate to the transaction and click "Open a Dispute."

ThrottleVault's arbitration service is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute legal advice or a binding legal proceeding. ThrottleVault is not a licensed arbitration service or financial institution.
For disputes exceeding $500, or where parties seek formal legal remedies, we strongly recommend consulting qualified legal counsel. ThrottleVault's decisions within the marketplace platform are final within the scope of marketplace operations.
ThrottleVault is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for high-value items.
The following items may not be listed on ThrottleVault Marketplace:
ThrottleVault reserves the right to remove listings and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time, without notice.
ThrottleVault charges no separate listing fee to sellers. A platform processing fee is built into the payment processing and is non-refundable in the event of a no-refund dispute resolution.
Tax collection: ThrottleVault collects sales tax for buyers located in Ohio (our state of nexus) and other applicable jurisdictions. Tax amounts are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the buyer's stated shipping address.
After a transaction is marked Complete, both parties may leave a 1–5 star rating and written comment. Ratings are permanent and publicly visible on seller/buyer profiles. ThrottleVault reserves the right to remove feedback that contains profanity, personal information, or false statements.
