🌎 Continental U.S. vs. International

We ship throughout the continental United States (CONUS). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations have different rates and delivery windows.

📦 Handling Time

Our warehouse team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Handling time is 1–2 business days for in-stock items before your package ships.

Items noted as Special Order or Drop-Ship have longer lead times — typically 3–7 business days before shipment. The estimated lead time is shown on each product page before you add it to cart.

Frequently Asked Questions

We can update your shipping address within 1–2 business hours of order placement, before our warehouse system picks it up. Email us at orders@throttlevault.polsia.app with your order number and new address as fast as possible. After that window, we cannot guarantee an address change — but we'll do our best.

Yes. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail (6–10 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Note: tracking is limited for military mail — you may see fewer updates than domestic civilian shipments.

Some products ship directly from different distribution points — especially parts like wheels, exhaust systems, or bulky items that require freight or specialized handling. When your order splits, we'll send you a tracking number for each package so you can follow each one.

Check around your property — deliveries can be left at side doors, back porches, or with neighbors. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date and we'll open a carrier investigation. Photos of your delivery location and order confirmation help speed things up.

Standard and Expedited orders do not require a signature by default — they'll be left at your door or mailroom. If you'd like to require a signature for added security, email us after placing your order. Freight/LTL shipments always require an adult signature at delivery — the carrier will call to schedule an appointment.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If yours hasn't shipped after 3 business days, it may be because a product is on hold for inventory verification or a payment review. We'll email you if there's a delay. You can check your order status anytime at throttlevault.polsia.app/order-status.

Once a package is in transit with the carrier, we can't change the shipping speed. What we can do is contact the carrier to hold it at their facility for pickup — contact us and we'll coordinate on your behalf.
