Enter your code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field — it sits right below the payment section. The discount applies before you enter card details. Codes are case-insensitive. If a code isn't working, check its expiry date or minimum order requirement.

You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use it to track directly on the carrier's site. You can also look up your order anytime at throttlevault.polsia.app/order-status.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe at checkout. Prepaid cards work too, though note that some may have spending limits for online purchases — check with your issuer if you run into issues.

We currently ship within the US and Canada. International orders (outside US/Canada) are not available at this time — we're working on expanding coverage. If you're in Canada, standard and expedited options are available at checkout.

Each product page lists compatible makes, models, and years under "Fitment" or "Vehicle Fit." Use our shop filters to search by vehicle. If you're unsure about a specific part, email us your vehicle's year, make, model, and engine — we'll confirm fitment for you before you buy.

Yes — we have wholesale pricing for qualified dealers and shops. Send us your dealer credentials (business license, tax ID, or shop website) via the contact form with "Wholesale Inquiry" selected as the subject, and we'll get you set up with dealer pricing.

Carriers sometimes show "delivered" before the package physically arrives — check with neighbors or your mailroom. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days past the delivery window, contact us and we'll file a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

We process orders fast — typically within hours of placement. If you need to change an address, add items, or cancel, email us immediately at throttlevault@polsia.app with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually accommodate changes.
