Cooling & Radiator Upgrades

Heat is the tax you pay on horsepower. Every time you add power — a cam, a blower, a set of headers — you're adding heat load to the cooling system. A stock radiator sized for a factory engine in a moderate climate doesn't have the capacity for a built engine in a track environment. Cooling upgrades aren't optional at 600+ horsepower. They're load-bearing. Our aluminum radiator lineup runs 2-row and 3-row configurations with tube sizes calibrated for different heat rejection targets. Pair with an electric fan setup for better airflow control — mechanical fans rob 30–50 hp at high rpm and can't pull air at idle the way a good electric setup can. High-performance hoses and lower-temp thermostats complete the system. An aluminum radiator with stock silicone hoses is a partial upgrade — the weakest link still sets your ceiling. Build the full cooling circuit, not just the part you can see.
